Ebiz — for refund

I have cancelled my package and i am unable to talk customer care about my money refund status as they said me u will recieve your cheque after 3 month of cancellation. My request recieve on ebiz 10 dec 2018. Supoose in 2019 i got my refund by cheque but i did not recieve anything till now as i called several times to the customer care number but they wouldn’t recieve my call am aryan prtap my did number is 61694980

I bought UC two times and I haven't received them.I lost my money .I lost a sum of 724.0 two times.please resolve my problem.

I had purchased 600UC of amount 799rps and its been deducted from my bank account but no UC is purchased and no money is refunded i want my money back please i had to pay my fees please
