Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 20-mar-2019 at 18:04 via internet banking. Costing rs.1874 (Got rs.70 discount from google, actual price rs.1949) for uc credit of 1500+300.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

Sir i pucheased in game uc for 799 ₹ on pubg mobile game On 21 march 19 at 14:16 . the same amount is also debited from my account but i didnt cedited any uc .. plz review my prbolem and Refund the amount.

I purchased 330UC IN PUBG Mobile but haven't received it.
But the Money got deducted from my bank.
I have attached the screen shot of 420 rupees deducted to times of money.

Today I purchased 600 UC pack in pubgm and my money got deducted from account but I didn't receive UC in my account.since it's a huge amount please help me to get my money back or give me uc in my account
