I purchased a diamond packs of ₹399 on 18 may for mobile legends but the order has not been received while the said amount has been debited from my bank account. The transaction reference no. Is igagdxtek5. The mobile legends help team has told me that they didnt recieve any order. But the money has been transferred to times of money limited.
Please look onto this matter as soon as possible.
Refund me the amount at earliest.
