Ebiz — money deducted but item not received

Hi,

On 19th feb 2019 at 11:40 a. M., i have done an online purchase using my sbi internet banking for buying an item (Diamond) worth of rs.800 in an online game called mobile legends:bang bang.

Though my money got deducted from my bank account but i still did not receive the item.

As i mention below on the picture the money was cut by your company (Ie times of money).

I would like you to look upon it and refund my money to my sbi bank account.
