I was tried to purchase UC cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 08 Jan 2018 at 12:45 am via internet banking. Costing Rs.1949 for UC credit of 1800.Due to some problem the payment page got stuck and i had to close that. When i reopened the app, i didn't got my order and It shows in my SBI account that the money went in times of money limited. Kindly look into this and refund the amount again to my bank account. I Have purchased a couse from udemy app and money has deducted from my account but the course has not been offered to me.
I have been trying for a refund but their is no reply money has been debited from my account but their is no response on the purchase of the course.
Please do kindly look into it and refund my money back.

Today on 11th of jan i tried to buy uc cash on pubg mobile via my bank account as i proceed everything was going well i gave my acc details after few moments a msg came that my rs 799 got deducted from bank and no uc cash was added ! Are the pubg mobile community kidding with us ? With the people who give there hard earn money and in return they do this fraud like stuff
