I had purchase an online course from udemy for rs.640/-.in my bank statement the amount is debited. But there is no confirmation from the udemy instructor about the same for said course. When qnuired with the udemy instructor, they asked me to call up the concerned payment gateway authorities.in my case it's timesofmoney.com is the gateway company. Trying to contact these people but there is no contact number / customer service center for the same. There is just a contact form asking to mention the contact details in which they have mentioned that they would be calling. Till now there is no response from them. The transaction copy of the same is attached as a photo. Hence i am not sure where my transaction is failed/succeded. If it's has failed they can refund the same else push the amount to my udemy instructor.

I have been trying for a refund but their is no reply money has been debited from my account but their is no response on the purchase of the course.
Please do kindly look into it and refund my money back.
