On 13.03.2019, i did an in-app purchase through an online game, "art of war 3" worth rs.600. My account got debited, but no any purchase happened. I tried to contact customer service of times of money ltd, several times, but failed. My transaction reference no. Is igafpvcqup8, igafpxkem5 and igafpzdah0
Each time, i did the transaction, account got debited, but no purchased item credited in my game account. Kindly reslove.

Did a transaction worth $99.9 or RS 6500 via South Indian Bank LTD towards an ingame purchase and it showed transaction successful but no ingame value added
The game is Brutal Age
Been having issues with payment through TOM for the 4th time now I think pls resolve this issue quickly

Tried another transaction worth similar amount that is $99.9 which means 6500 INR and again it showed as error
What is happening there
With happened within 5 mins Gap and both were unsuccessful
That's total 13000 INR I need to get reimbursed
Pls do it quickly
