I purchased royal pass in pubg game throug sbi in times of money payment method but i didnt get any uc or royal pass in pubg game but my money deducted through the times of money from sbi pls refund my money

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 15 sep 2019 via internet banking. Costing rs.724 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.

Please solve this problem...
