Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 22 mar at 1am via internet banking. Costing rs.1949for uc credit of 1800.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my icici account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

I paid for my friend for UC from my state bank account ! The amount got debited from my account and i got a confimation message from my bank and i got a reference no for transaction also !
