I had purchased in app items from google play (Google play account id: [protected]@gmail.com) of rs 1650/- on 22 july at at 11:11 am. The transaction timed out but amount of rs 1650/- was debited from my sbi bank account and no transaction was registered in google order history. I didnt receive the in app (Game) items. I contacted developer of app who said to contact google play as the developer had not received any amount from google play.
Message from bank is as below:
Thx for inb txn of rs.1650.0 frm a/c x5464 to times of m... Ref#igagqhdvp1 on 22jul19. If not done, fwd this sms to [protected] to block inb or call [protected].
It is kindly requested to credit amount of rs 1650/- to my back account.
