Ebiz — times of money - money deducted from my account but benefit not received

Sir.
I have made a purchase world rupees 399 for the game clash of clans on 05/03/2020. The money has been deducted from my account but i have not received what i bought. I have made this purchase using the state bank internet banking services. A screenshot of the transaction is posted below. Please do look into the matter and help.
