EBS — Amount got debited from my card to pay my electricity bill but not reflecting in the portal

Hi,

I made a transaction of 7000 INR on 1st March 2021 to pay my electricity bills online. The amount got debited from my credit card but didn't get deposited and not reflecting as well till now.
