EBS — extra amount taken from customer while making payment for online purchase

The issue is related to the payment made by our customer from usa on
25/02/2019 for online purchase from our company website.
The payment was for $165 and we have received the equivalent amount for
It i. E rs. 11714.17, but the customer has been charged $174.54.
So now the customer wants to know why they were charged extra of around $10.

I have pay for neculear feul complax (adv.no.NFC/02/2019) .My payment is success show the email massage but show payment status NOT PAY please correct the payment status soon
