Writing you this mail because there has been fraudulent transaction on my credit card for Rs. 40, 000 on 16th February 2023 at 9.38 PM (timing informed by bank). I have attached the screenshot of my card statement along with my online cybercrime grievance report.
I just want to know the name of the person, along with all his details so that I can prove my innocence to bank and show them the real culprit. Or else I will have to pay this amount to bank which I have not even used.
