On 31 Dec 2014, I have purchased a new Fresh n Clean -J product, Water filter for our IFB washing machine from the QElectronics, IFB authorised service center, Kumaran Nagar Trichy.
On 29/11/2015, There was a problem with the outlet valve connecting the washing machine to the filter.Hence, we requested the service center for assistance.Upon inspection, the service men said we need to buy a new product which cost around 2500rs and they can't change the outlet valve for 100rs.
Being an Authorised Service center for IFB - QElectronics Kumaran Nagar Trichy, the way they are doing the marketing the product and does not care about the customers is very disappointing. I requested IFB Service Center for 4 to 5 times and every time I have received a new contact without any action.
My Complaint is for -
1. the Company who is Manufacturing this product - Eco Crystal for covering the product warranty for only Manufacturing defects.
2. the Service Center named QElectronics who never heard about the customers complaints.
