My shipment from. Amazon duravare inverter plastic trolley box not delivered. When i contacted ecom courier in, vellayamkudi, kattapana, they told me that it's huge box and asking me to come and collect. The reason what they say is they cannot carry it in 2 wheeler and hence asking me to come and collect. What customer service are they offering? As a courier service they should have transportation methods to ship the couriers.
Please escalate this matter to higher authorities
