I purchased Deebot Ozmo 950 Robot vacuum cleaner in July 2022, and it is under warranty. Last month (May 2023), it stopped functioning, mentioning "LDS sensor malfunctioning". I attempted to reach their customer support toll free number on 29th May 2023, but could not reach them. After several attempts, I left trying. At around 6:30 PM, I received a call from Ecovacs, and duly taken the complaint.
From 29th May 2023 onwards, till date 13th June 2023, the issue is still open and product is not working.
There is no way to reach their customer support.
The responses are very poor, and no way to escalate the issue to any Supervisor or Manager. Was this information helpful? |
