He starts pitching his fraud packages. He makes fake promises regarding the rules of getting a drivers license and feeds on one's desperation to learn. He boasts about his connections with the RTO officials and threatens to fail the test if we dont pay more n more n more.
He has 3 mini broken worn out cars thats not even road safe' he lets u sit in drivers seat for a maximum of 5 mins i[censored] r lucky, thats ur routine. no thoery no simulation...direct on the wheels. Total time pass in the name of driving class and extortion of money saying different stories.
