Edistrict. Up. Nic.in — domicile certificate is not issued

I have applied for domicile certificate on[protected] application no [protected] but it is not accepted i got this status after 28 days on[protected] they wasted my time. I want to know why is it rejected. Their is no grievance redressal detail on site. They mentioned their one will get adhivas praman patra in 10 days if applied online and 20 days if is applied offline but they took 28 days to inform me that my application is not accepted.
