Arena Multimedia North Nazimabad Karachi Pakistan — certificate

DEAR SIR :
Sir my name is M.Tauseef i'm a student of Arena multimdia north nazimabad. sir i'm student of A.M.S.Pro. sir i'm leaving the AMSP course during after 2 semester. because i'm going to Dubai. sir i have paid complet and total fee of 2nd semester but arena north nazimabd admin is not giving my 2nd semester certificate. she said that you will pay 3rd semester fee and afterthat you will receive your certificate.
Sir please help me.i'm very disturb about that matter. please help me sir. or sir can i transfer to Arena Dubai campus then there continue my AMSPro course. please coparate me.Pleaseeeee. sir..........i'm waiting your Action sir.....
