Buckingham College of London — Advance payment not returning

Hello,

I have applied for GDHSC through an agent in Buckingham college of London 09/05/2011 and my visa was not cleared. I have paid advance fee of GBP 2000 directly to the college before applying to the visa but my visa was refused and the college is not willing to pay me back the fee I have initially paid.
is there anyway I can get them back?? the agency is also helping me in this matter but college is not willing to pay me back my advance. The agency is already started legal actions against them but they still not returning the fees I have paid.

I HAVE PROOFS WITH ME AND MANY OTHER STUDENTS WHO APPLIED WITH ME ALSO LOST THEIR MONEY!!!
