I am a second year M.Tech student studying in Tamil Nadu and I am afraid to tell my name and institute name. I got my admission in post graduation through GATE and have received the stipend amount for 1st year with a great delay. This year AICTE have changed the method of payment and they have changed it to online payment. We have cleared all the formalities and till now we haven't received the stipend for second year. Please let us know the reason behind the delay. We are afraid that whether it will be provided or not. We are at the end of the course and so please take some actions towards it. GATE Stipend — gate stipend ( 2008-10)
I AM a post graduate student of computer science. and GATE qualified student of the year. 2007. In 2008 I took admission for PG in BITS Affiliated to JNT Hyderabad,University through counselling on the basis of my GATE score and with the assurance of getting the GATE scholarship of Rs. 8000 per month. I have erceived my 1st year stippend but till date I have not received my 2nd year GATE stipend. when asked to the college authorities, response i got was that they have not received any funds from the AICTE hence cannot give to students.So i kindly request you to please look in the this matter at your earliest as many students dream of post graduation only on the basis of availability of such scholarships. please grant me he money which is rightfully mine.
