I joined educomp on 20-nov-2015 now i have complete 3 months above here but i didn't got my salary they give me the one year fixed term contract as a smart class coordinator but they are not paying me and not giving any response towards my salary while i give my best in my job college is giving good feed back about me but the company is not giving any salary to me what can i do ?
