I have joined the online live course for gmat preparation at edushastra. According to their website they offer a tailor made program with step by step process of gmat preparation focussing on each and every students. They provide counselling for school selection and applications.
I have joined the course more than a month back expecting the same but was quite shocked by the casual attitude of the management team. They are least bothered about any issues that students raise and respond to mails of students after several reminders that too with fake consolation.
Considering all the above issues, i have mailed them for refund of my fees and again, as expected, they are not responding the same. Was this information helpful? |
