Edwise International, Sector-9, Chandigarh — Abrupt behaviour of a counsellor

This complaint is regarding Ms.Bhoomi Chheda from Mumbai branch. As a customer who is nervous about huge investment and hassle of opting for abroad studies in decent university and country questions were decently asked from myside regarding worries accumulating in my mind about genuinity of edwise, various colleges and universities abroad. The response i get from this counsellor was very abrupt and insulting. She started firing me for doubting quality of edwise and its service and i was been addressed as 'grumpy' customer. Later she bullied me with my little knowledge about colleges and university. " I have a whole message chat as evidence to my complaint" It is surely not expected from Edwise and i feel such treatment to customers is surely not matvhing standards of Edwise. I expect consideration and apology from your side. Because it very disturbing counsellors behaving this way in immense worry of opting for abroad studies.
