Eenadu — eenadu news paper 17-april-2018

As per eenadu news paper 17-apr-2018, it was stated that the effective gst for flats is 12% while the effective gst rate, however, comes down to 8% after deducting one third of the amount charged for the house, flat, towards land cost. This provision has effective from 25 january 2018.

Being a prestigious news paper, publishing such half information is inappropriate and please take necessary actions regarding this in next edition

Sweepers are not come to their duties regularly. Side cannels are over flowing with drinage water.peoples are suffering with this issues .guntur municipality do not take any action against this problem.
