I'm the fan of EENADU and the regular reader for last 40 years. Now I'm 55 yrs of age. I never felt any problem from EENADU paper so far. Now the present agent Mr. Ravi Potnuru (mob. [protected]) of priya gardens, Simhachalam area, Visakhapatnam is not giving satisfactory service to the EENADU lovers. The delivery boy is behaving like very ruthless and very irregular. Mr. RAVI (the agent) is not responding my calls. Today his phone is getting switched off. You pls enquire the local eenadu readers about time of paper delivery. This is not the first time. I'm facing this problem number of times. Also I complained number of times to the local publication office manager (mob.[protected])
Every day I'm getting eenadu paper between 7.15.AM - 8.00AM. Today I received news paper @ 8.30 AM.
My request: Pls don't lose the reputation of such a loyal & an esteemed organisation because of this type of tiny issues.
Pls take necessary action and see that this problem is resolved at the earliest.
