I have purchased a flat in Akshita homes in the year 2007 having verified the mch permission for G+2. As per the landlord whom I have purchased, mentioned us that the borewell kept inside the flat is only for a temporary basis and will be assigned in the parking space as per the norms of the construction. Since then, irrespective of our repeated requests to the builder who is staying in the third floor, no action or a solution taken so far. Due to this, our walls getting damaged frequently and observing the moisture and weakening the flat strength. Due to poor administration of the building maintenance, under the influence of the builder, few of the residents are creating nuisance to me and trying to enter my flat without my notice. To protect my privacy and safety, I have constructed a grill within my registered flat area. Regarding the borewell I have intimated them every year and last year they have accepted to revert with the solution. The borewell is still on for their revert. Without any positive discussions, with the influence of the builder and maintenance incharge, they are creating nuisance and publishing fake news in the newspaper and whatsapp with a criminal intimidations to threaten me and my family and to spoil our reputation in the society. Request the newspaper association to take this in to your consideration and review this type of news with the people involved before publishing. I request to condemn the news immediately. It is published wrongly in Eenadu. The same is informed to Mr. Ramesh, unit incharge with all the supporting evidences .. request to review and condemn the news on priority with an intimation back to me. The perpetrators are taken undue advantage of this news published and posted in various whatsapp groups. We have submitted compliant to NHRC on indignity of woman. Was this information helpful? |
