LED Street Light complaint to EESLOA was lodged on 19 JAN 2021.
Complaint No SLUP00362296.
As intimated by them, the complaint was forwarded to the
Rectification Team for action in 48 days.
During next few days several enquiries were made by EESLOA, but without any result.
01 FEB 2021
On 01 FEB 2021 it was intimated by EESLOA that the complaint has been rectified and deemed closed. This was a blatant lie conveyed. The street lights were not rectified.
Further on contact, I was informed that EESLOA will not be able to do anything and Lucknow Nagar Nigam was to be contacted for street light rectification being their responsibility.
02 FEB 2021
As such the complaint cell ECIVIC of Lucknow Nagar Nigam was contacted on 02 FEB 2021. Refer complaint No[protected]. But again there is no action.
This is negligence of work. A small problem of street light rectification though simple but important for safety, security and convenience of inhabitants is dealt with in such a manner. Over two weeks have passed and the complaint is still lying pending.
