I purchased an E gate projector from Amazon on July 21st 2020 for 10000 rupees. Also I spent around another 40000 for 5.1 sound system, projector screen, projector stand and other supporting cables and wires.
Unfortunately before completion of 1 year, with an estimated usage of around 30 watch hours (around 15 movies), the projector completely failed one fine day and did not even turn on. On June 2021 when the product was still under warranty, we connected with the e gate support and requested for repair or replacement. But they said they do not support doorstep pickup and delivery because of covid and due to which we had to spend another 500 rs to courier the package to Ghaziabad.
After 1 month and back to back inquiries, they sent the product back to us and within 2 days the product got faulty again. Now it is not even turning on and all the things related to projector that I purchased are now sitting idle in the room. I request your help in resolving this issue.
