Product opened

Hi, I ordered enfamil A+ 6 month onwards pack of 2 for Rs 1430 on dec 1 Wednesday 2021 and it’s delivered on dec 9 2021… when I opened the tin one is got sealed and other one is not sealed… it’s baby powder formula I can’t give the opened box.. it’s for baby .. how can I use the opened one.. the opened box used within one month but I don’t know when it was opened… I don’t think it’s safe to use… so please I need exchange...

Product ordered but no response even after a month
