I ordered a cat water fountain from this ekaks.com website worth ₹199 (recommended in the top Google ads)
I was quite skeptic to place an order, knowing that I took the risk to lose my money. Just in case.
And it turned out to be true.
They will take your money. Your amount is debited and the page is still loading on your payment is processing. That's it. Nothing then. You ar not given any confirmation about your order id status but your amount is debited to some Mansukh bhai.
Contact us number does not exist. It's invalid.
I making this complaint in the hope to prevent any further frauds to happen.
I don't know what's the next doable step. Hoe to get my money back? Will it ever?
If complaining a file can do any good, please take the possible action against the fraud companies. Especially Google should thoroughly do a verification process. They are liable for such online frauds too.
Kindly address this consumer Fraudulent case.
