I ordered a jio keypad mobile of amount 699 rs on website https://ekaks.com/ on 17th July 2022 and paid payment online, after payment on website it showed me order number 115315 order date and paid amount of rs 699, photo is attached of details.
After order i did not receive any confirmation email or sms, i was waiting for order for last 5 days, after that i called on mobile number [protected] given on website and sent an email also but mobile is switched off and did not get any response on email

Please help to get my money back
