Ekart Delivery — Delivered a product which was not ordered

Received a product which I did not order on 26/02/2024. I mistook it for some other order and since i was not available to accept the parcel personally, i told the delivery guy to leave it at a nearby store. delivery guy did not inform me that it was a cash on delivery product. he collected the amount from the store keeper saying that i had informed him to collect which i had not. The package received is a kurta/dress and a child's salwar which is totally used and dirty. I need to return it and get my refund and the delivery boy who delivered it called from a jio number that is [protected]. he called me at 11:53 on 26/02/2024
