Ordered mobile on 22nd April in Flipkart
Item reached Hyderabad on 25th April
Suppose to be delivered on 26th April
Today is 28th and item is not yet delivered
All customer care executives are putting the call on Hold for 5-10 mins and disconnecting.No one is giving any update
One lady Spoke to me and she was very rude when i asked about my delivery and disconnected the call, , ,
Hope this will be the last product i would book from flipkart due to worst customer care service and in appriopriate info updates in the site.
I was suppose to hand over mobile on 26th which i booked for somone else and left without mobile
