We bought Oxygen Concentrator of Brand "AirSep" on Dated 21/08/2013 from the company "Elders Instruments Pvt LTD" cost rupees Rs. 39375, Warranty Three Years. Contact Number: [protected], 45085185. Address: 40-b/2, RAMA ROAD, IND. AREA, NEAR ZAKHIRA, NEW DELHI.After 15 days we found problem with the product and we contacted them. They suggested over the phone that remove the canula and directly take the oxygen from the pipe. We asked the doctor for this he told us dont ever do this as blood comes out from the nose. Then we tried again to call the elder company from the same but they didn't picked our phone. Then we tried to find out the other number from internet. And we got the number of mumbai headoffice. We called mumbai headoffice and we got connected with "Mr. Rahul Chaudhary" and "Mishra ji". Phone no: [protected], [protected].ADDRESS:Elder House C-9, DALIA IND, ESTATE, Off. Veer Desai Road, Andheri-(WEST), MUMBAI-40058. And we explained with probem. They asked us to pay 600 rupees and changed the Bottle and TUbing of the apparatus. they changed this on 26/06/2014. But still problem doesn't resolve and again we are facing same problem. We tried to contact mumbai again but simply they says it will be corrected automatically as there is some problem in monsoon season. We waited for sometime but still problem exits. We again contacted them they now said that "do what ever you can do". We tried to call the mumbai Headoffice again and again to "Mr. Rahul Chaudhary". But nobody picks our phone. We dont know how to rectify this problem, please help us to get our money back.
