On 15th of feb i ordered realme wireless earphone and after 2days i tried to know the status of the product but their phones are switched off and sent email to their support email address but no response, suddenly the product arrived on 22/02/2021 and i found the product is duplicate and the it is not the product i ordered, the product is also not working they have cheated me by sending duplicate non working product. they have sent through Delhivery courier, the package does not have the from address, and no invoice paper in it. how can i get refund for the product. my order number is 19267, their website is Electronicdeal.in, my email is [protected]@gmail.com
