I had ordered a fan from electricchachu.com on 29 March 2022 amounting Rs.24300. Payment was made through PhonePe UPI and it was successful but order was not placed on his site. When I enquired the merchant he reassured that amount will be reversed within 48 hours by payment portal CCavenues. When I contacted CC avenues after 72 hours they replied amount was successfully transferred to merchants account and it is upto merchant to ship the order or refund and asked me to deal with merchant directly. Till date I am following up with merchant and he is stalling for no reason and not ready to refund. I have also included confirmation from payment portal CCavenues confirming that my funds are with the merchant.
