Hi Team,
This is with respect to my bill #[protected]Account number - [protected]). An amount for Rs. 722 has been added in my elictricity bill and the due date is till 24th Oct'15 (tomorrow).
I did not have anything pending and have been paying all my bills in a timely manner.
Would like your help remove these Sundry Charges from my bill or refund in case I will have to pay as I don't know why these are added.
Please fix on priority.
