I'm K Appala swamy residing at Tagarapuvalasa Chittivalasa post, Ramanna Peta, visakhapatnam. I received recent bill of amount 2271 Rs for the month of March 2019 usage.
Regularly the minimum bill of our house is from Rs 400 to max 600 with heavy usage. But, current bill of amount 2271 is a very huge amount and we assure that, we have not used that much. So please take necessary action and instruct the corresponding to check my meter issues and please see that a normal middle class person s should not face this problem.
After, necessary action request to reduce my bill amount in the coming successive bill payments. My serial number and meter number is attached in the image.
