Electricity Bill — high electricity bills

Address: New Delhi, Delhi, 110045

I am getting high electricity bill
I am having 2 bhk flat in mahvir enclave new delhi
We all leave home at 9.00 and are back home by 7pm.
There is no much electricity usage.
I request to check my meter and do the needful.
The meter is 11 years old and i feel it is faulty.
We use-one tv, 3 fans, 1 fridged i geyser.
