Electricity Bill — Incorrect bill for meter change.

I have emailed multiple times to [protected]@tssouthernpower.com but there is no response from you, its like looting customers for incorrect billing. NOT FARE This is in regards to SERVICE NUMBER :[protected]. The meter was
changed, however the billed amount is not calculated as the average
of SIX months due to meter faulty. Could you please readjust the
billed amount that is supposed to be the average of SIX months for
meter faulty.

Additional to bill, the concerned person for changing meter has taken Rs.2240 for changing meter and on asking that this amount is not mentioned in website he says this is not mentioned but have to pay for meter change. and addition to this the billed is charged more than Rs 1000
