I yespal singh, since may 2016 my connection not in use view i am presently posted at kochi, kerala with my family. So i requested please issue to me minimum monthly electricity charges bill. My account number is[protected]. Same complaint was submitted last year 2018. The complaint that was resolved for six month only. After 31october 18, i facing same problem.
