Electricity Bill — Over billing

Hi, my ivrs no is[protected]. My electricity bill always comes up to[protected] even we only use fans and cfl bulbs. Even we have given complains to electricity office many times but there is no any response from there side, other flat of our apartment are using a/c, tv, fridge then also there bill are lesser then our bill, please help us, we are student and we are not able to afford so much high bill.
