I purchased this inverter ac on dated-11.04.2019 from electro plaza bani park jaipur but the same has not been installed till date. When the electrician came for installation on dated-17.04.2019 (10.00 pm) and try to install the ac, he found that the machine is defective and not in running condition. The dealer and his sales persons are not responding in this matter. I purchased this only because of trust in hitachi and after sales and service that is provided by hitachi india. Please do the needful on urgent basis in this regard. An early action shall be highly appreciated.
