ACCORDINGLY, BEARING MY OWN EXPENSES I HAVE TRAVELLED TO WARANGAL ON 30.9.2013 AND HANDED OVER/SURRENDERED THE DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED DEVICE/TABLET TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE EXECUTIVE. HE SAID THAT A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN BOOKED VIDE TICKET ID NO.0930AP916, JOB SHEET NO.LKASCAP001J18 AND THE COMPANY WILL REPLACE ME WITH A NEW TABLET.
THEREFORE, I REQUEST THE DATAWIND TO KINDLY SEND ME THE NEW TABLET DIRECTLY TO MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS MENTIONED IN THE COMPLAINT WITHOUT CAUSING ANY FURTHER INCONVENIENCE AND DELAY.
