I purchased one karbon tab1 in october. But with in 45 days its charger got unserviceable. I went to the service centre on 11/12/12 and complaint about that but they placed the demand on 18/12/12 ( complaint number- KA12C[protected] till todate i am not able to get the new charger. And this charger is also not available in any where in open market in visakhapatnam. So this tab i am not able to use. Secondly i contacted to the support centre via email provided in karbon website but not got any good results. The customer support number for south zone provided by them in website is wrong. So not able to directly contact them. Another thing when i got a call from delhi ofgice of karbonn they provided many other numbers but trying those numbers also gone in vain. And regardig the product they told thatit supports SKYPE and i have to upload a new software from service centre but this service centre in visakhapatnam is clueless about the softwae. Its really frustrating for me as i amnot able to use my tab and its not fulfilling any requirements of mine as promised by the company. Please help .
