I have ordered LED strips from this company on 06/09/2023 which they confirmed that it will despatched on 10/09/2023 and reach me on 14/09/2023. However till date material is not despatched. If you call their contact number no representative responds and they keep us holding for minutes together. I sent them email/whatsapp and through message link provided by them on 12/09/2023 requesting to cancel the order. But they donot respond to this also. I placed the order without reading their reviews. This is a fraud company cheating the people. If they donot respond I will file police complaint with the cybercell for internet fraud at Aurangabad Maharashtra.
