I ordered 5 items form electronicscomp.com on 15th Jan 2023.
It was confirmed on the same day and showed that it will be shipped before 22nd Jan.2023.
On 23rd jan. I contacted them via email as the item was not shipped yet.
They mentioned that they are changing their warehouse, so plese expect some delay.
On 24th i called them to enquire about the delay, then they said anonther story regarding one item failed QC test and not in stock.
Please wait for 4 days for it to get restocked. I checked their website and it is still showing 23 items in stock.

If the item is getting delayed for more than a week i dont have any use for it. They asked me to drop a mail. I dropped the mail on the same day.
Since the mail was not aknowledged, I called them on 27th Jan. The customer care executive again said the item is not available and will ship once in stock.
I told him, I already requested for the cancellation and i dropped the email. He said it may not be possible wait for 7 to 10 days and they will ship the order.
I told him i no longer requires the item as it was delayed beyond the mentioned date.
He then started being angry and stopped replying properly. I asked them to acknowledge the mail of cancellation and refund me.
But they are not willing to do that. They are now saying prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.
They are scamming people, I see other complaints against them as well.
I want the order cancelled and refund my money.
