But we received incorrect product of PANASONIC charger Model No.BQ-CC55 against above ordered item PANASONIC BQ-CC61N Eneloop Battery charger with USB Cable, Product Code: EC-7253.
I have been sent mails regarding the issue more than 6 times 7th, 10th, 24th February, 2023.But no response from your end.
Then I made contact to your customer care representative over mobile, Shankar & others regarding the above issue many times. They accepted for replacement as per my order Model.EC-7253.But no proactive measures have been initiated till today.
Hence it is requested to replace right product / Refund as per Model in the order at earliest possible.
